Capital Raising

FRAGG provides Fund Mobilisation services for Financial Institutions (MFBs and Commercial Banks), as well as SMEs for projects in the impact and green sectors. We tap into our strong network and expertise in investment management to link investors to projects in the impact domain that are beyond our funding capacity.

We act on the fund sourcing mandates of financial institutions by standing as an intermediary for sourcing, identifying, negotiating and packaging the funds from Development Financial Institutions and other impact investors around the world to meet the portfolio needs of investees.

We have a track record of working with institutional and private investors in executing debt and equity investments in Financial Institutions as well as SME projects, while providing support for the investee companies in negotiating good deals and conditions for their expected funding.
